Camps
Our Camps 2020
We provide multi-sports and activity-based camps during the school holidays. Currently we run camps in Loreto Abbey Dalkey & St. Bridgids National School, Stillorgan.
Who is the Camp for?
Any primary school aged child. We are happy to offer a trial day for younger kids to see how they get on.
What happens each day?
Due to restricted hours camp as a result of government advice, activities will be very similar to previous years but the timings will differ
The day is 9:30am - 1.30pm approx … but we can arrange early drop-off from 8:45am, but you must arrange this in advance.
Because we know children, we can tailor our activities to match the mood of the children on the day, but a typical day might look like:
-
9.00am - 9:30am: Drop off and supervised free play – kids are encouraged to explore and play in a non-structured way.
-
9:30am - 11.00am: Sport and exercise activities, games, mini-tournaments and skill-based drills.
-
11.00am - 11:20am Small break
-
11:30am - 12:45pm Arts & crafts/ homemade pizzas/science experiments/yoga/disco/nature trails
-
12:45pm - 1:15pm: Lunch
-
1:15pm - 2.00pm: Tidy up, kid to coach feedback and requests, talent show
What to bring/wear?
Your child will need a small packed lunch. PLEASE LABEL YOUR WATER BOTTLE!!
Wear sports clothes or similar, that might get messy, and appropriate foot wear.
Watch the weather - sun cream in advance, and send coat or sun hat depending on weather… it is Ireland!
