Our Camps 2022
We provide multi-sports and activity-based camps during the school holidays. Every day at camp is action packed from start to finish. Kids thrive in the unique environment created at camp. Using sport and exercise as a means kids explore, create and learn. Currently we run camps in Loreto Abbey Dalkey & St. Bridgids National School, Stillorgan.
Who is the Camp for?
Any primary school aged child. We are happy to offer a trial day for younger kids to see how they get on.
What happens each day?
Due to restricted hours @ camp as a result of government advice, activities will be very similar to previous years but the timings will differ
The day is 9:30am - 1.30pm approx … we can provide early drop off but this must be arranged in advance.
Because we know children, we can tailor our activities to match the mood of the children on the day, but a typical day might look like:
9.30am - 10:00am: Drop off and supervised free play – kids are encouraged to explore and play in a non-structured way.
10:00am - 11.00am: Sport and exercise activities, games, mini-tournaments and skill-based drills.
11.00am - 11:20am: Small break
11:20am - 12:00pm: Sports specific activities/Arts & crafts/ Homemade pizzas/yoga/disco/nature trails
12:00pm - 12:30pm: Lunch
12:30pm - 1.15pm: Team based games and challenges - non sport specific (Dodgeball, Rounders, Capture the flag, Rip tag etc.)
1:15pm - 1:30pm: Tidy up, talent show, kid to coach feedback and requests for next day
What to bring/wear?
Your child will need a small packed lunch. PLEASE LABEL YOUR WATER BOTTLE!!
Wear sports clothes or similar, that might get messy, and appropriate foot wear.
Watch the weather - sun cream in advance, and send coat or sun hat depending on weather… it is Ireland!
